Cancellation Policy:

A 24-hour cancellation notice is required. All cancellations with less than 24-hour notice will result in a fee equal to the service scheduled. By scheduling an appointment, you are agreeing to our cancellation policy. Please note that when booking an appointment during the week of the Kentucky Derby there will be a ZERO cancellation policy. Once appointments are booked there is no cancelation the week of Kentucky Derby. Prices are subject to change without notice. There will be an automatic 20% gratuity charge added to the cost of treatments.
